
The Qubit Readout RF Module (QRM-RF) stands as a solution for multi-qubit readout pulse generation and signal acquisition over a wide frequency range from 2 GHz up to 18.5 GHz.
Reflectometry and transmission measurements are simplified by triggering both pulse generation and acquisition from the same sequence processor while sharing the same local oscillator for guaranteed phase stability. The QRM-RF merges internal up- and down-conversion stages and enables the direct acquisition, allowing direct RF signal handling with adjustable gain and high SFDR across the entire frequency range. Advanced onboard processing enables complex integration, qubit state thresholding, and averaging, while support for up to 131,072 IQ shots provides a unified platform for scalable and efficient qubit measurement.
